You may only switch between accounts if you have linked multiple game accounts using multiple Facebook accounts. Each game account must be linked with a different Facebook account. If you have done so, you can simply switch accounts by logging off of Facebook within the game, and when you return to the title screen, log in with the Facebook account linked with a different game account.
As for account restoration services, please note that we do not offer account restoration services. The only exception that we do so is if a) your game account is linked with a Facebook account, and b) if the data loss/corruption/distortion/deletion is not your fault.
